Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can chopped green chilies
1 jar salsa (mild, medium, or hot to taste)
shredded Mexican cheese (or any shredded cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese over one flour tortilla. In lower
half of open tortilla, spread some salsa. Sprinkle that area with
some chopped green chilies and shredded Mexican cheese.
Roll tortilla tightly from bottom (salsa, chilies and cheese will roll
upwards into upper area of tortilla as you roll). Repeat with
remaining tortillas until you run out of ingredients. Stack rolled
tortillas in container that keeps the tortillas rolled, and store in
refrigerator overnight (or at least an hour or two). When
ready to serve, cut rolled tortillas into bite-size pieces and
serve cold on a platter or plate. To serve hot, sprinkle the
sliced tortillas with cheese and warm them in the oven before
serving.
