1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced parsleyo
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cardamom
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 beef bouillon cube
Dash paprika
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water or potato water

Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in a little oil. Remove meatballs and stir in bouillon cube, paprika, flour and seasonings into drippings. Stir in milk and cook until thickened, adding water or potato water until desired consistency. Return meatballs to gravy and cook until done.
