5 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered, (about 15 medium)
6 oz light cream cheese
1 c light sour cream
2 t onion powder
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, drain, mash until there are no lumps. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg whites. Blend well. Spray inside of crock pot with cooking spray, add potato mixture and dot with butter. Store in fridge for up to 3 days. Cook them in crockpot on low for 3 hours - stirring once or twice.
