1 pork tenderloin

3 T. dark Hoisen sauce
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard (can add up to 1 T.)
salt and pepper

2 T. Hoisen sauce
2 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
ground pepper, to taste
1-2 T. brown sugar
Dilute with orange juice or pineapple juice to bring sauce to 1 c.

Marinate pork for a few hours. Broil or grill until done. Heat sauce ingredients and serve with pork over rice. Yummy with grilled pineapple.
