2 slices white bread, torn
3 eggs, beaten
1 T. unsalted butter
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. ground chuck
grilled French bread

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak bread and eggs in a large mixing bowl; let stand while preparing remaining ingredients.

2. Saute onions and garlic in a skillet in butter over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes; cool 5 minutes.

3. Add parsley, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper into bread mixture, then mash together.

4. Combine bread mixture, cooled onion mixture, and ground beef. Divide evenly into 4 portions and shape to match bread shape.

5. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high 160º heat and grill burgers about 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve on slices of grilled French bread.
