1 lb graham crackers
2 pkgs French Vanilla Pudding
3-1/2 cups milk
8 oz Cool Whip
1 box Baker's brand semi-sweet Chocolate Squares
2 T white karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
3 T margarine
1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
3 T milk

Rub butter on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Line bottom of pan with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with 3-1/2 cups milk and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers and top with another layer of graham crackers. Pour the rest of the pudding mixture over that layer and lay down one more layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours before frosting.
Melt chocolate and mix in remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour layer of frosting on very top and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Low-Fat Option: I have substituted every ingredient with their fat free version and it still tasted great!
