Apple Pie Recipe

6 cups thinly sliced peeled apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice

Pre heat oven to 425
In large bag mix apples and all ingredients.
Place bottom of pie crust into pie pan.
Pour apple mixture into pie crust. Place a few slices of butter
on top of apple mixture. Place 2nd pie crust on top of apple
mixture. Fold crust edges under bottom pie crust. Cut 4 slits
into pie crust for ventilation. Brush top f pie crust with milk an
sprinkle a little sugar on top.
Bake at 425 40 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
