1 can pinapple slices, undrained
6 thick cut pork chops
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple slices, saving 1/4 cup juice. Combine pineapple juice with remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops and place in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Cook on grill until done, basting with sauce. Last 10 minutes, add 1 slice pineapple to each pork chop.
