2 15oz. cans refried beans with green chilies
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 avocados, chopped
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. picante sauce (mild, medium, hot...your choice)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
4 green onions, chopped
1 4oz. can sliced black olives
tortilla chips

Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream and spread over the beans. Toss avocados with lemon juice and layer on top of
sour cream/mayonnaise layer. Spread picante sauce over all and then top with cheeses, onions, and black olives. You may refrigerate and serve cold, or bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and serve hot with tortilla chips.
