1 7.8oz pkg. Hungry Jack Sour Cream and Chives Potatoes
3 c boiling water
1 c whipping cream
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion
1/4 tsp nutmeg
6 eggs

Heat oven to 400.
Spray bottom of 12X8 (2-qt) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add potato slices and sauce mix from packet.
Stir in boiling water until well mixed.
In med. bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; beat with wire whisk until smooth.
Add to potatoes; mix well. (Potatoes should be completely covered with cream mixture)
Bake at 400 for 40 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
Cool 10 min.
To serve, cut into squares.
