3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. margarine
1 cup sugar (a little less)
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs by hand first; then add sugar and beat with an electric mixer. Scald milk and margarine in microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Add vanilla. Combine egg and milk mixtures. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. bake about 20 minutes. Shake pie pan, when the center shakes like jello-the pie is done. Let cool 15 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.

This is my ex-brother-in-laws recipe. This pie is so good and buttery. He do make good pie!!!
