1 stick melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 qt. half and half
1 Loaf of Brown Sugar Cinnamon bread broken into pieces

Sauce:

1/2 stick melted butter
6 oz. white chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup powdered sugar
a few teaspoons whole milk
Directions:
Directions:
To make pudding, place bread in 10 x 13 glass dish. Mix vanilla, sugar, eggs, and half and half, melted butter, then pour over bread. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

To make sauce, melt butter in microwave, then add white chocolate, stir and heat again until melted. stir in powdered sugar and vanillla. Pour over pudding while hot. Add a little whole milk and stir to desired thickness.

This Bread Pudding is excellent!! I Bunco friend of mine, Anita Lafferty, prepared this dessert, and it was a hit!! I am not a fan of white chocolate, but this recipe is different. There is not a strong white chocolate taste, it just makes the dessert really rich. I changed the recipe up a bit-to make it my own. It is soooo easy- yet taste gourmet!!!
