2 cups fresh bread crumbs.
3/4 cup grated onions.
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 pounds ground meat
2 eggs
2 tablespoons horseradish
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 10 x 6 x 1-1/2 inch baking pan.

In mixing bowl combine crumbs, onion, green pepper, and beef; mix well.

In small bowl beat eggs; stir in horseradish, salt, mustard, milk, and 1/4 cup of ketchup. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Shape into loaf; put in pan. Top with remaining ketchup.

Bake for 50 minutes.
