5 eggs
2 jalapenos, diced and seeded
2 roma tomatoes, diced and seeded
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 lb chorizo
2 tbsp cooking oil
flour tortillas
salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan. Sautee onion and jalapenos. Add chorizo. Add tomatoes. Break eggs into separate bowl and whip. Add eggs. Cook until done. Wrap mixture in tortilla. Drizzle salsa.
