cup honey
3 tablespoons minced shallots
cup Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoons fresh tarragon, minced
1 tablespoons roasted garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups Mayonnaise
1 cups olive oil
1 cups apple cider vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar

In a large mixing bowl or a large mixture, combined all ingredients and whip well for 3-5 minutes to incorporate all or until a smooth creamy texture forms.
