Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can cresent rolls
1 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild)
1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Set cream cheese out to get room temperature. Brown sausage; drain. Unroll the cresent roll flat on a cookie sheet. Pinch the "cracks" together so they will not open during baking. Spread with the cream cheese and top with the sausage (not too close to the edge) fold the edges up to meet and seal in the center. Bake at 400º until the edges are brown. Serve hot. I suggest with pepper jelly. Yum, Yum!!!!

Personal Notes:
This is a great for breakfast. My Aunt ToTo fixes this some mornings. The smell creeps under the door to awaken me as I lay sleeping. I lay in bed a moment as I rub my eyes...then big stretch. What a lucky girl I am too have such a lovely awakening. Ha Ha Fat Chance!! Next I hear SCREAMING "Get Up Tiffer, you are sleepin' the day away!!!!" Then she lets the damn dogs in to jump all over me. But wait.... I smell the sausage cookin'. Life is good again!!!
