12 6" tortillas
2 c. shredded monterey jack cheese (8 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 4oz. can chopped green chilies
2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 16 oz. can tomatoes
1 8oz. block cream cheese
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion. Mix prepared chicken with onion and softened
cream cheese and set aside.Blend sour cream, green chilies, salt, pepper, garlic, and tomatoes in a bowl.
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish. Begin by filling a tortilla with chicken mixture and a little cheese. Place rolled side down in casserole dish. Continue until all 12 tortillas are filled. Pour the sour cream mixture over all and top with remaining cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
