"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 C sour cream
1 C whipping cream
3 T brown sugar
3 T Grand Marnier
3 T Triple Sec
1/4 orange; juice of (if desired)*
Fresh berries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sour cream and whipping cream until stiff. Add brown sugar, Grand Marnier, and Triple Sec; combine thoroughly.

Place cleaned berries in dish and top with cream.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This makes quite a bit of cream and saves pretty well, although I buy several baskets of berries when I make this and we eat them with cream several days in a row.

If it separates in the frig, I just give it a whip before serving.

*I don't always add the orange juice, and sometimes I adjust the Grand Marnier and Triple Sec up or down to taste.
