#3/4 - Ground Chuck
2 c . Sliced Mushrooms
1 c.Onions ,chopped
1 c.Yellow Bell Peppers ,diced
2 1/2 c. Zucchini, diced
1 cup - Carrots, diced
3 - Garlic Cloves,crushed
2 1/2 Tblsp. - Chili Powder
1 Tblsp. - Sugar
2 1/2 tsp. - Ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp. - Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1/4 tsp. - Pepper
1 1/4 tsp. - Hot Sauce
1 1/2 c. - Water
2 cans - Kidney Beans
2 cans - No Salt Added Tomatoes,drained and chopped
2 cans - No Salt Added Tomato Sauce

Brown meat well and drain. Combine with all of the other ingredients in a large pot on the stove...bring to a boil, stir well and then simmer for approximately 2 hours, stirring often to keep it from sticking to bottom of pot.This can also be adapted to a slow cooker.
