1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1(6oz.)chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, shortening, brown sugar and egg yolk. Stir in vanilla, salt and flour. Pat mix into 13X9 pan. Bake at 325º for 15-20 minutes. Melt chocolate chips and spread over warm bars. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
