2 pkg. yeast
1 c. sugar
6 T. butter
7-8 c. flour
2 c. warm milk(divided)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Filling:
1 T. butter
1 (8oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple(drained)
1/2 c. orange juice
1 T. flour
1/3 c.sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 T. grated orange peel

Glaze:
1 1/2 c. powder sugar
2 T. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. milk.Stir in 1 T. sugar; let stand 5 min. Add eggs, butter, salt, remaining milk and sugar. Beat in 4 c. flour. Stir in enough more flour to make soft dough. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double in size.

filling: melt butter and stir in flour. Add juice, pineapple, sugar, peel and salt. Boil until thickened.

Punch down dough. Roll into 24inchX12inch. Spread filling and roll up. Cut into 15 slices. Place in 13X9 pan coated with nonstick spray. Top with cherry(optional).
Bake at 350º for 35-45 min. Remove and drizzle with glaze.
