3 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

2 c. ketchup
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. liquid smoke
1.2 tsp. garlic salt
onion salt to taste
1 c. water

Mix the meat mixture. Form into small meat balls. Arrange in a single layer in a large pan. Cover with sauce.

Back at 350 for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

Makes a large amount. It also freezes well.
