1 tsp. olive oil
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 141/2 ounce can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1/4 lb chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp. dry red wine
1 C. penne or ziti
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook, stirring as needed, until softened. About 5 min.
2. Add the tomatoes, chicken, and wine; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until the chicken is done, about 5 to 6 min.
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta. Put in bowl and add mixture and combine. Sprinkle with cheese.
