1 loaf of Panottone Bread, cubed
8 eggs
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 cup Amaretto

Beat eggs, whipping cream, milk, sugar together. Place bread cubes in a baking dish. Pour mixture over bread. Let set for 30 minutes. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with sauce.

Combine butter, cream and milk. Heat. Dissolve cornstarch and sugar in mixture. Whisk in Amaretto. Heat and stir for 2 minutes until warm. Serve over warm bread pudding.
