1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. softened butter
1/4 t. vanilla
2 T. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Graham Cracker Sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature. (Do not use microwave to soften) Whip until fluffy. Use the vanilla to break up the brown sugar. Crush with spoon. Add the cheese mixture then whip till blended. Whip in powdered sugar.Stir in chocolate chips.In a round bowl, place plastic wrap and then spoon in the cheese ball mixture. Place in the freezer for several hours. Remove cheese ball from bowl. Remove plastic wrap. Cover entire ball with chopped pecans and press into ball gently. If making ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap and return to freezer. Place on serving plate flat side down. Serve with graham cracker sticks.
