1/2 c. veg.oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lbs. boneless pork, cut into 1" cubes

8 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Pita Bread

In resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine first 8 ingredients; add pork and toss to coat. Seal or cover & refrigerate overnight. Combine sauce ingredients; cover & refrigerate for several hours. Drain pork & discard marinade; thread pork on skewers, leaving a small space between pieces. Grill, uncovered, over med. coals for 8-10 mins. or til meat is no longer pink, turning frequently. Serve in pita bread w/ sauce.
Yield: 8 servings
