Ingredients:  
2 3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Add 1 well beaten egg and salt. Cook over stove and remove just as it begins to boil. Cool slightly and add vanilla.
