3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 tbsps all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups light cream
4 cups diced cooked chicken
2 pimentos, chopped
2 tbsp sherry
6 oz fine spaghetti, cooked
2 egg yolks, beaten
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook mushrooms and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add cream and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add next 3 ingredients and heat. Put spaghetti in bottom of shallow baking pan.
Add small amount of chicken to egg yolks. Stir into remaining mixture. Pour over spaghetti and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 300º oven for 45 minutes. Put under broiler to brown lightly.
