6- 8oz fillets of fish (I like haddock or cod)
1/4 lb Ritz crackers (finely crushed)
1/2 lb melted butter
1/2 cup white wine

Marinade:
1 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp Worstershire
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade fish in plastic bag for 2 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 400º.
Remove fish from marinade and dip each fillet in cracker crumbs, covering all surfaces.
Place fillets in buttered baking dish.
Melt the 1/2 lb butter and drizzle over fish.
Pour wine along sides of fish (not over)
Bake until flakey (10-15 min)
Put in broiler for a few minutes for color.
