8 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
1 tbsp (@ 6 leaves) fresh basil
1 – 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced with a garlic press
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
fresh French baguette
Additional balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside while you prepare bread. Slice bread. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Brown in oven (400º). Serve bread with bruschetta on top.
