2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 (8-oz.) can water
1 T. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 (16-oz.) can kidney beans

Brown meat, onions and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients except beans; cook. Then add beans and cook til beans are heated through.
