3 pkg. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. water
1 t. grated lemon peel (optional)
5 c. eggnog
1 c. cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in water. In 3 qt. saucepan heat 2 c. eggnog to simmering. Add gelatin and stir until it dissolves. Add remaining eggnog, lemon peel and salt. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into eggnog mixture. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on chilled plate. Top with 1/2 c. cranberry-orange sauce.
