1/8 tsp. pepper if desired
1/8 tsp. salt if desired
1 head of lettuce
1 pkg. of cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, sliced
2 oz. black olives
2 oz. green olives
1 red onion, diced
1 green pepper, cut in slices
1 red pepper, cut in slices
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
4 tsp. olive oil

In a large bowl add the ingredients, mix well and add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Cover, place in refrigerator until ready to eat.
