Cranberry Mold Recipe

1 pkg cherry jello
1 c hot water
3/4 c sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 T plain gelatin, dissolved in 1 c pineapple then melted over hot water
1 c ground, raw cranberries
1 small orange and rind, finely ground
1 c crushed pineapple, drained
1 c chopped celery or grape halves
1/2 c chopped pecans

Dissolve jello in hot water; add sugar, lemon jc and pineapple jc mix. Chill til partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into ring jello mold and refrigerate til set
Unmold onto lettuce leaves
