2 Pillsbury crusty french loaves
Cavendar's Greek Seasoning
Kosher or sea salt
Mayo
1/2 lb. sliced provolone
1/2 lb. turkey (I use Boar's Head deli roast)
1 avocado
Arugula
2 plum tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Put 2 loaves together in a circle and pinch the ends together. Sprinkle with Greek Seasoning and Salt. Bake according to package directions.

Slice in half lengthwise (make 2 circles). Put mayo on bottom half. Layer provo, turkey, tomato, avocado, arugula and sprinkle with a bit more salt. Replace top and cut as desired.
