3 cups warm water
2 eggs
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
flour (enough so you can handle dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together. Knead 3-5 minutes. Add flour if dough is too soft. Let rest covered, 30 minutes. Form dough into balls, place on floured surface. Keep covered with waxed paper to keep from drying. Let rest 10-15 minutes. Roll out as thin as possible (You can grease the top with oil) Let rest again. Stack no higher then 3--Watch so they don't stick together. Then drizzle bacon fat over rolled dough piece, and stretch dough paper thin. Place on clean dish towel and roll up. Cut into pieces.
