Corvina o lenguado en filetes individuales

Para la salsa:
4 cebollas blancas picaditas muy fino
ajo molido
aceite de oliva y mantequilla
2 cucharadas de pasta de tomate
sal y pimienta
¼ lt. crema de leche
2 cucharadas licor de anís
3 cucharadas de Cognac

En la sartén echar la cebolla y el ajo con un poquito de aceite de oliva y mantequilla y cocinar hasta que se torne transparente. Añadirle dos cucharadas de licor de anís y seguir cocinando. Agregarle la pasta de tomate, sal y pimienta, luego la crema de leche y seguir cocinando. Al final añadirle las tres cucharadas de Cognac.

Echar sobre el pescado y poner al horno.
