2 lbs polish and braukwurst sausage (cold and cubed)

1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c peanut oil
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c white wine vinegar
pinch sugar
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t fenil
fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients for dressing. Pour about 1/2 of dressing over sausage. Garnish with parsley and serve on bed of lettuce.
