1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
1 egg
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 package (6oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Mix sugar, margarine, egg, water and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, about 10-12 minutes. About 5 ½ dozen cookies
