1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 cup dried beef, chopped fine
1 cup milk
1- 8 ounce package cream cheese
1-13 ounce can mushrooms, drained and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion, butter, and cream cheese in a double broiler until cheese is melted. Add diced beef and chopped mushrooms. Add Parmesan and parsley. Serve with any kind of chip or cracker.
