3 C. FLOUR
2 C. SUGAR
1 T. SALT
1 T. SODA
3 EGGS, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
2 C. MASHED BANANAS
1-8OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 1/2 T. VANILLA
1T powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly stir flour, sugar, salt, and soda together.
Make a well in center of dry ingred.
Combine eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple, and vanilla; add all at once to dry ingred, stirring well until moistened.
Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 65-75 min. Cool in pan for 15 min.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
