1 #2 can sliced beets
2 T. butter
1 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1 t. vinegar
1/2 C. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat beets, drain and reserve 1/4 cup of liquid.
Melt butter, stir in flour, then sugar, vinegar and reserved beet liquid.
Bring to boil and stir and cook until thick.
Stir in sour cream.
Stir in beets.
Serve
