1st layer:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup softened oleo
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 tbsp powdered sugar

2nd layer:
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

3rd layer:
2 pkg instant pudding mixed with 2 1/2 cups milk.

4th layer:
9 oz Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Mix ingredients for first layer and bake in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan for 10 minutes, 350. Mix and spread second layer on first. Mix and spread 3rd layer over 2nd layer. Add 4th layer, Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
