2 pkg yeast
1 3/4 c. warm water
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 melter oleo or oil
7 c. flour
3 eggs + 1 white

glaze:
1 yolk with 1 tsp. cold water
sesame or poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar and oleo blend in 3 c. flour and then add eggs beating thoroghly. Add flour till sticky-knead till smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl cover let rise until double. Divide into 2 or 3. Cut each into 15" strips. Braid without stretching. Place on greased cookie sheeet, cover, let rise for 1 hour or almost double. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle w/seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. for larger loaf 30 min. for smaller loaf.
