1 BEEF BRISKET (3 - 4 LBS.)
1 PKG OF DRY LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
4-5 T BUTTER
FOIL

Directions:
Directions:
PLACE DOUBLE LAYER OF FOIL IN A CAKE PAN. PUT BRISKET IN THE MIDDLE OF FOIL, DOTTING WITH BUTTER. SPRINKLE LIPTON SOUP MIX OVER BRISKET. FOLD FOIL OVER AND SEAL TOP AND SIDES.
BAKE 275 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 3 - 5 HOURS, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE BRISKET.
