2 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped almonds
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine flour, 1 c. powdered sugar, add butter. Mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add vanilla and almonds, to form smooth dough. Shape into rounded balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 12 to 15 minutes. Romove from cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar.
