1 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 T. oil
nuts(I know Brad won't want these added and it's fine without them)
Topping:
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 T. cocoa


Directions:

Mix everything and put in well greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan (it will be very thick)
Mix together topping and sprinkle over batter. Then pour 1 3/4 c. boiling water over that and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I can remember Grammy making this cake all year round. It's almost like magic, how is makes it's own fudge pudding. Great straight out of the oven, warm with ice cream.
