Apple Crisp Recipe

4 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. sugar
8 cups apples; sliced
2/3 cup flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup soft butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix first 3 ingredients together until apples are well coated. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan
Mix all ingredients for topping together to form a crumb mixture. Sprinkle over apple mixture in pan and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
