2 tbs. yeast
2-1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup powdered milk
1 tbs. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup potatoe flakes or pearls
6 cups flour

Mix all ingredients except flour
Then add 3 cups of flour
Then add 3 more cups of flour, more if needed.

If using a mixer, mix 8 minutes. If by hand, knead
10 minutes.
Let rise one hour.
Make into favorite shapes, let rise until double - 30 minutes to an hour.

Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
