2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon ginger
4 eggs
1 package yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 cup chocolate chips

Grease and flour 13 x 9 baking pan.

Mix cracker crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and butter; reserve.

Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in bowl.

Pour 2 1/3 cups of batter in pan; sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top.

Sprinkle 1/2 of the reserved crumb mixture over the chips then spread remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and bake for 45-50 miutes at 350.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
